The breeder guarantees the puppy or cat to be healthy at the time of sale. All puppies or cat have been vet checked healthy before they leave Wild Bunch Kennel. Above dog or cat is up to date on its immunizations and wormings. Health record will be supplied. Puppies or kittens are vet checked at Southern Plains Animal Hospital in Ringling, Ok by Dr.Michael Tripp. The puppy or kitten has a 72 hour health guarantee from the date of sale. All vet bills are the responsibility of the buyer. During this period the buyer must have the puppy or kitten examined by a veterinarian - a well-puppy or kitten check up. If the puppy or kitten does not get a well-puppy or kitten check up this contract is null and void. After 72 hours puppy or kitten has no other guarantees of any kind. If the puppy or kitten is found to have an untreatable disease within the 72 hours, he or she may be returned to the breeder for another puppy or kitten of equal value from the same litter or a future litter within one year of the dog being returned to the breeder. provided: 1. The pup or kitten is in the same condition as upon sale date. 2. A written statement from the vet as to the health reason necessitating the return, along with contact information for the veterinarian. All vet bills and return shipping fees are the responsiblitly of the buyer and will not be accepted by the breeder All dogs or cats are sold as pet quality. This DOES NOT mean they are not show or breeding quality. The breeder is liable only to the extent stated in this contract. No further guarantees, either verbal or implied will be honored. Puppy or kitten comes with shot record, registration information or actual papers, and any other necessary paperwork at time of purchase Seller shall not be responsible for death of said puppy, dog or cat due to negligence or carlessness of any airline or other live animal carriers, its agents, employees or the buyer.I, the undersigned, have read and understand the above statements contained and agree to abide by same. Shipping Policy If you need to ship a dog, total shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and due before the animal is shipped, including, but not limited to, the following charges: Shipping charges may change for old dog and bigger breeds. It all depends on thier weight and crate cost may do the some depending on the size of the dog at time of shipping. Feel free to email me about the cost of shipping your puppy/dog or cat. 1. Cost of Health Certificate: $50.00 (Includes a second vet check, health papers and certificate of acclimation.) 2. Cost of Crate: $35.00 for kitten or puppy, 18 lb max animal $45.00, 25lb max animal $50.00, 70lb max aniaml $80.00, and 121lb max aniaml $95.00. This will give you and idea. It also depends on the height of the dog or cat on what crate they can be shipped in.(crate is yours to keep, they work great for house training!!) 3. The cost of shipping must be pre-paid before the dog is shipped. 4. Airlines prices are about 1 to 50lb $250- 300, 51 to 70lb $350-400 and 71 to 80lb $450-500 for any destination in the USA. The weight is the wieght of dog, puppy, kitten or cat inside the crate. This should give you any idea on prices. (We can ship safely during summer months with Continental Airlines!) Two puppies or two kittens, that are weaned and are between th ages of 8 weeks to 6 months, can be accommodated in one crate if they are less then 20 pounds each. Which will save you money on shipping if you buy two. But can't ship one puppie and one kitten in one crate together.
